Fenergo Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) is a cloud-native, SaaS-based solution that enables Corporate & Institutional Banks to onboard complex clients quickly and efficiently, delivering an exceptional client experience, whilst complying with all financial crime and compliance obligations throughout the client lifecycle.

At Fenergo, we followed a user-centred design approach, which involved researching user needs and pain-points, creating prototypes, and testing with real users to refine the design. I utilised design thinking methodologies to generate innovative ideas and solve complex design challenges. Agile development methodologies were also used to rapidly prototype and iterate on designs.
During my time at Fenergo, I utilised my design skills and knowledge in various areas including wire framing, prototyping and design tools such as Sketch and Figma to create designs that were visually appealing, user-friendly, considered end-user goals, business requirements and aligned with Fenergo’s brand guidelines. I also developed skills in UX writing, design research and usability testing.
While working at Fenergo as a UX/UI Designer, I successfully designed and delivered many features that improved the user experience and increased user satisfaction. My designs helped reduce user errors and task completion time, resulting in improved efficiency and productivity for the end-user. I also received positive feedback from colleagues on attention to detail, creative solutions and ability to work collaboratively.
